The meticulous work of mounting the custom paneling for the porte cochere continues! On Monday, horizontal panels went up along the short sides.
Next, tongue-and-groove panels were installed along the length of the porte cochere along the first section. This was completed by Thursday.
On Friday, tongue-and-groove panels started going up along the main section of the porte cochere.
Inside, a dear Christian brother named Prospero worked on tuning the new piano on Friday. He has regularly tuned the piano over the years at our current location, so he was excited to work on our new piano. He said that it sounds amazing!
